- All the Candidates must fulfill the bylaws of authority.
- The land pump has to be established and must be free from any type of dispute
- The main document on the pump is the name of the applicant.
- The CNG station should be in such a location that it is well connected to highways or main roads.
- The land used for the CNG pump should have complete documents (valid) and a land map.
